• My oldest went out and brought me home coffee. Smart kid. He also said no at first, but changed his mind. Even smarter. This is the good life. Feet up, catching up on the Kardashians and my Dunkin’.
  • Is there anything more perfect than homemade bread? Quarantine has me feeling a little like Laura Ingalls Wilder in Walnut Grove, and I am absolutely ok with that.
  • Little by little, we’re falling in love with our home more than ever. Quarantine will do that! Twinkle lights from a neighbor for the win. 💫
  • We will never have a perfect world, but it’s not romantic or naive to work toward a better one. Steven Pinker
  • If you do half of a hike and turn around because you get spooked AND you have to go to the bathroom, it still counts, right? Asking for friend.
  • Turkey Meatloaf that my kids will even eat. Easy to make, total comfort food (which we all could use right about now) and moist. Yeah, I said it.
  • There is a tree that grows these beauties that is walking distance from our home and I became obsessed with them a few years ago. They bloomed a little later this year, but they’re back and just as glorious as ever.
  • Truth be told, I’m not a big drinker. For a variety of reasons. In fact, when I receive wine as gifts, I usually cook with it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ That being said, that didn’t stop me from signing up for w wine subscription with @winc. Quarantine has brought out all sorts of changes! 😂 I was curious what they would send me, after filling out their questionnaire, and, I’ve gotta say, so far, so good!
  • BRB. I’m moving here. 💫
  • When I heard about the pretzel dough pizza from the folks at Get Stuffed, I added it to my “things we shall try during quarantine” list, and so we did. It smelled like soft warm pretzels right from the oven, soft and doughy and oh so good. Quarantine or not, this here’s the good stuff. {Also!
